Greg des Groseilliers

Greg has over 30 years of progressive HR and Business Advisory Consulting experience. During his first fifteen years of work experience Greg had held several HR specialist and generalist roles, including senior leadership roles. During his last fifteen work years, Greg was a consulting practitioner at Deloitte Consulting with a focus on HR transformation and benchmarking/analytics. Greg created his own firm, Magis Consulting LLC, in January 2018. He has consulting experience in the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Products, Process Manufacturing, State and Federal Government, and Non Profit. Greg hold a Bachelors of Science in Management from Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Kevin J. Cafferky

Kevin has over 25 Years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory Consulting. Kevin has a diverse industry experience having worked in Healthcare, Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate, as well as Non-Profit Education and Vocational Training. Kevin has served in Senior Leadership Roles with these organizations including most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Kevin formed his own consulting firm, Breakthrough Strategies, over 20 years ago, it became an LLC in 2015. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from West Chester University, a Masters of Science in Taxation from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University) and a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. Kevin continues to support his community as a volunteer Board Member of Broad Street Ministry in Philadelphia as well as First Up.
