HR Advisory

Advisory services are project-based and solve a specific business problem within the five core HR capabilities.  Projects are scoped out in detail and clients pay a fixed fee or an hourly rate based on time and materials.  A statement of work and project plan define the work and deliverables for the project.  A Magis consulting advisory project typically does the following:

●      Assesses the existing organization / HR function to identify areas of improvement

●      Identifies leading practice solutions that fit within the business/organization

●      Implements solutions that drive desired results

●      Provides training and adoption strategies to drive transformational change

 

HR Concierge

Magis’ HR Concierge provides clients with ongoing HR strategy and operations services.  This service is sold as a monthly fee and pricing is generally based on the number of employees in the organization and the types of services provided.  Many of our target clients are unable to afford a dedicated HR resource.  This is due to several factors including: people and technology costs; not enough work to justify a Full-Time Equivalent resource; and/or HR needs that span strategy and operations (generally two or three different people).  Some of the types of services provided are:
