Magis evaluates the business using proven strategic methodologies. We first conduct a strategic assessment using our Strategic Management Framework, from here Strategic Initiatives are developed and a Strategic Road-map is created.  Combined, all of these activities engineer the company’s “Strategic Plan”.

Strategy Advisory

Magis conducts strategic assessments using a project approach utilizing Magis’ Strategic Management Framework as shown in the diagram above. Our approach is proven and it works! We work collaboratively with our clients and follow these steps:

  1. Define the client’s Mission, Vision & Core Values

  2. Conduct a Situational Analysis that creates a common understanding of the company’s internal practices and measures, identify potential drivers of value, as well developing a common understanding of the macro and micro environments that affects their business and industry.

  3. Set objectives that can be attained in 1 to 3 years and craft the strategy by articulating Strategic Initiatives that will result in meeting/exceeding organizational objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  4. We set an implementation plan using a Strategic Road-map.  If requested, we are able to help our clients with implementation activities.

  5. Review progress and assess value creation.

Upon completion of this project, the client is presented with it’s Strategic Plan.

Strategy Concierge

Magis is able to partner with our clients as their ongoing Strategic Advisors.  This may be important to the client when reviewing progress and assessing the value created by the strategic plan. 

After strategic planning is complete, we will look at how well Operations, Finance and HR support the execution of the Strategic Plan.
