Magis Consulting Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in Business Strategy, Operations,  Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Human Resources (HR) consulting.  We target those companies who employ fewer than 150 employees and/or have under $50M in annual revenues.  Our “sweet spot” are for-profit enterprises with revenues between $5M and $25M and non-profit organizations with at least a $1M operating budget.  

Magis is focused on helping these businesses tie their overall business strategy and strategic initiatives with their Operational, Financial and People Strategies. Magis services its clients through traditional Project-Based Advisory services as well as ongoing HR, Finance and Tax services through Magis Concierge.  Since most of our target businesses don’t have the resources to focus on Strategy and back office support, Magis provides a scalable and affordable set of capabilities that are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
